In UP’s Unnao district, a car going from Agra to Lucknow on the expressway in Auras police station area broke the divider grill and overturned after going into the second lane and colliding with the car coming from Lucknow. The car driver, his wife, daughter, mother-in-law and sister-in-law, a resident of Barabanki, died in the accident on Friday. While three people including two sons of the deceased couple were injured. The rescue team of Police and UPDA took everyone to the health center. Declaring five dead, the doctor had referred two of the three seriously injured children to Lucknow KGMU. Two more people succumbed to the injuries. Eight people from the same family had gone to Agra to visit the Taj Mahal. In which seven people have died.
The truck was moving in front of the car of the deceased Dinesh Kumar in the accident on the expressway. There were two more cars behind his car. According to Lakshyaveer, the son of the deceased, the speeding car running behind rammed into my car to overtake. Due to this the car became uncontrolled and went to the other lane and collided with the car and overturned.
Lakshyaveer admitted in CHC is dejected
Lakshyaveer, who lost his mother, father, sister, grandmother and aunt forever in the blink of an eye, is infuriated. Lakshyaveer admitted in Auras CHC is infuriated not seeing any acquaintance around him. He kept staring at the ceiling. He is sobbing again and again remembering his loved ones and the health workers kept trying to pacify him. He told that father had taken me to see the Taj Mahal on my insistence. Collision car caught at Lucknow toll plaza
In the accident on the expressway, the vehicle which hit the car of the deceased Dinesh Kumar from behind. He has been caught at Lucknow toll plaza. The youth driving the car is a resident of Gurgaon, he was going to Lucknow alone in the car. SO told that he is being brought to the police station. If he is at fault then further action will be taken.
Doctors health workers remained alert
CHC doctors and health workers had already been alerted about the death of five and many injured in the accident on the expressway. Eight injured were brought to the CHC in four ambulances. In this, five were declared dead by the doctor. Two more of the injured succumbed to their injuries during treatment. CHC in-charge Dr. Anoop Tiwari told that the condition of Lakshyaveer admitted among the injured is improving. He was left alone in the family.
Subhash’s family narrowly escaped
The family of Subhash Aggarwal (55), a paint company dealer who was going from Lucknow to Vrindavan to visit Banke Bihari, had a narrow escape in the accident on the Lucknow-Agra Expressway. He was accompanied by wife Sheela (50), daughter Pooja (28), granddaughters Aadhya, Prisha and grandson Anmol. Everyone survived. Everyone in the incident kept on taking the name of God. As his car was damaged, he was made to stand in the police station. He was sent home in another vehicle.
Traffic affected for an hour
Traffic on the expressway was affected for about an hour after the accident. The damaged vehicles were removed from the accident site as well as cleaned. Also signs were installed. During this, other passing vehicles were passed slowly. Soldiers were stationed at a little distance. So that vehicles can be removed slowly. After about an hour, the traffic on the expressway became normal.
